1.3. This Policy does not apply to off-website services, products, memberships, customised offerings, private engagements, or non-website transactions unless the Service Provider expressly applies this Policy in writing.
2. No Physical Shipping
2.1. The Website does not currently sell, ship, dispatch, courier, or deliver any physical product.
2.2. No physical shipping, postal delivery, courier service, parcel dispatch, delivery tracking, or physical product fulfilment applies to Website bookings for Consultation or Coaching.
2.3. A Website booking for Consultation or Coaching does not involve delivery of any physical goods to the Client.
3. No Digital Products
3.1. The Website does not currently sell, deliver, or make available any digital product for direct purchase through the Website.
3.2. No digital product delivery, download link, digital file fulfilment, course access, e-book access, recording access, or digital resource delivery applies to Website bookings unless the Service Provider expressly confirms otherwise in writing.
3.3. Any materials, links, notes, messages, resources, or communications shared by the Service Provider before, during, or after a Service shall be treated as Service-related communication or support, not as sale or delivery of a separate digital product.
4. Service Delivery
4.1. Consultation and Coaching are delivered as Services through communication-based methods and not through physical or digital product shipment.
4.2. The Service Provider may deliver Consultation through phone call, WhatsApp audio call, WhatsApp video call, Google Meet, Zoom, or any other communication method confirmed by the Service Provider.
4.3. The Service Provider may deliver Coaching through WhatsApp video call, Google Meet, Zoom, or any other video communication method confirmed by the Service Provider.
4.4. The final communication platform for any Confirmed Booking may depend on operational convenience, technical suitability, platform availability, Client accessibility, platform reliability, or any other reasonable Service-related factor.
5. Session Details
5.1. Session links, access details, joining instructions, platform details, appointment reminders, or other Service-related information may be sent to the Client through WhatsApp, SMS, email, booking confirmation, phone communication, or any other reasonable Communication Channel.
5.2. The Client must provide accurate, complete, active, accessible, and functional contact details while making a Booking.
5.3. The Client must check the relevant Communication Channel before the scheduled session time and remain reachable for Service-related communication.
5.4. The Service Provider shall not be responsible for missed communications, missed sessions, failed confirmations, non-delivery of messages, loss of session access, or loss of session time caused by incorrect contact details, inactive phone numbers, unavailable WhatsApp accounts, email filtering, SMS failure, network issues, platform failure, or Client non-response.
6. No Shipping Charges
6.1. No shipping charges apply to Website bookings for Consultation or Coaching because no physical shipping is involved.
6.2. The Client must pay only the final checkout amount displayed in Indian Rupees (INR or ₹), which may include the selected Service fee, selected Paid Add-ons, applicable taxes, payment gateway charges, platform fees, transaction charges, or any other payment-related amount clearly displayed at checkout.
6.3. Any payment made through the Website relates to the selected Service and any selected Paid Add-ons, not to shipping, courier delivery, postal dispatch, or physical product fulfilment.
7. Third-Party Platforms
7.1. Service delivery, session access, booking confirmation, communication, payment processing, and platform access may involve Third-Party Platforms.
7.2. Third-Party Platforms may include booking systems, payment gateways, Website plugins, hosting services, email systems, SMS systems, messaging applications, meeting platforms, software tools, cloud-based systems, security tools, and similar digital infrastructure.
7.3. The Service Provider does not own, operate, or control the independent terms, privacy policies, security practices, technical performance, availability, functionality, or service standards of any Third-Party Platform.
7.4. The Service Provider shall not be responsible for any delay, disruption, access issue, platform failure, technical failure, communication failure, link issue, login issue, or Service interruption caused by any Third-Party Platform, internet service provider, software, hardware, device issue, phone network issue, or factor outside the Service Provider’s reasonable control.
8. Client Responsibility
8.1. The Client remains responsible for ensuring access to the required device, internet connection, phone network, application, account, access link, microphone, camera, and any other technical requirement necessary to attend and participate in the Service.
8.2. The Client must cooperate with any reasonable instruction given by the Service Provider regarding the communication platform, access link, application, device setup, or technical requirement necessary to attend the Confirmed Booking.
8.3. The Client shall not claim any refund, credit, compensation, rescheduling, additional time, substitute service, or adjustment due to failure to access the Service caused by the Client’s incorrect details, technical unreadiness, device issue, internet issue, phone network issue, platform access issue, non-response, or unavailability.
9. Future Products
9.1. The Service Provider may introduce physical products, digital products, courses, resources, memberships, customised offerings, or other offerings in the future.
9.2. Where the Service Provider introduces any physical or digital product in the future, the Service Provider may update this Policy or issue separate shipping, delivery, access, fulfilment, or service-specific terms.
9.3. Any future physical product, digital product, or separate offering shall be governed by the updated policy, written terms, product description, invoice, consent form, written confirmation, or agreement applicable to that specific transaction.
9.4. Until such update or separate written terms are issued, this Policy applies only to the current Website model involving Consultation and Coaching.
10. Policy Updates
10.1. The Service Provider may update, revise, modify, replace, or amend this Policy at any time for legal, operational, technical, compliance, policy, business, product-related, or Service-related reasons.
10.2. Updated versions of this Policy shall become effective when published on the Website or otherwise made available through reasonable electronic means, unless a later effective date is expressly stated.
10.3. The Prospective Client or Client remains responsible for reviewing the current version of this Policy before accessing the Website, using the booking system, booking any Service, making payment, communicating with the Service Provider, or participating in any Service.
11. Relationship with Terms

11.3. In case of any direct inconsistency between this Policy and the Terms regarding shipping or delivery matters for Website bookings, this Policy shall apply only to the extent of that direct inconsistency, unless the Terms, applicable law, or the Service Provider’s written confirmation provides otherwise.
11.4. No informal communication, verbal statement, courtesy message, administrative clarification, WhatsApp message, SMS, email exchange, or casual discussion shall amend, waive, override, limit, or replace this Policy unless the Service Provider expressly confirms the change in writing as a formal amendment, separate agreement, service-specific term, or binding written confirmation.
